ABOUT RED EYED MULE
On January the 19th , 2010 we hung a shingle outside and opened The Red Eyed Mule. Our vision was to create "one of those places" that everyone remembers. A place where one remembers the food, remembers the hospitality, remembers the people, but most of all remembers the overall experience.
We specialize in Black Angus Ground Chuck burgers. Our beef is fresh, never frozen as we hand pat our burgers everyday. All of our burgers are 6 ounces of black angus ground chuck served on buttered and grilled Texas Toast. All burgers are cooked to order and custom built with the toppings you want. On Tuesday only, we prepare 20 plate lunches, chef's choice. On Thursdays and Fridays, we run a true wood fired smoker. We mix it up every week but are known for two styles of our Redneck Reuben, Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich and a Chicken Club. All of our soups are home made and we also have some of the best chicken salad in the south.
We have a simple menu as it allows us to focus on the quality aspect of the food. If you looking for a menu that resembles a small town's phone book, well that is not us. If your looking for the best biscuits and other breakfast items, that's us. If your looking for one of the best burgers around, that's us. Our promise to you is just that, very good food, not your typical setting, great people (mostly the customers!) and a place where everyone feels at home.
